Role Summary 

The Senior Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant company records, registers and providing high-quality administrative support, also developing into client facing consulting activities. The role plays a critical part in supporting the organisation through effective management of client-related and internal administrative tasks, including time sheeting, invoicing, reporting, and presentation preparation. 

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to PMPC Group consultants and clients, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and consistency across all administrative outputs
  • Maintain PMPC Group company records, registers, processes and document control systems to ensure compliance with organisational procedures and relevant standards
  • Assist with client-related administration across multiple projects, including time sheeting, invoicing support, and preparation of client status reports
  • Apply strong organisational and administrative expertise to support the effective coordination of client deliverables, deadlines, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate, support, and help drive administrative initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across the organisation
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, systems, and workflows to enhance service delivery and internal efficiency
  • Assist Senior Consultants with client-related administrative tasks, including preparation and formatting of presentations, reports, and other project documentation
  • Commit to ongoing project management learning and effective use of relevant software systems
  • Commit to a development pathway supporting progression into a consultant role

Candidate Desired Requirements 



  • Relevant tertiary qualification or vocational training in business administration, management, finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a senior administrative or project administration role
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in a consultancy or project management environment
  • Ability to learn and effectively use business and project software systems
  • Experience preparing and formatting professional reports, presentations, and client documentation
