Job Description
Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated and accessible.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and other communication materials.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Support the HR department with onboarding and training of new staff.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
To oversee department administration including scheduling, payments and all internal administrative processes. To coordinate committees, delegations and meetings for the department ensuring confidentiality and effective stakeholder management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
Candidate Must Hold Undergraduate degree.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience in financial reporting and budgeting is a plus.
Internal Company’s training requirements for systems usage and adherence to business processes.
Seasoned administration skills efficiency and effective time management strong organization capabilities; effective communication and stakeholder relations.
