We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Administrator to join our Client + Framework Team supporting the Partner Director of Engineering and their globally distributed team. This candidate will possess the ability to work effectively under pressure, within short time constraints, prioritize while multi-tasking, deal with ambiguity and have an aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction, to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

Calendar management

Cross-functional collaboration and communication

Team management and support including headcount management, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding

Resource management including hardware/supply management, purchase/expense management.

Event coordination and logistics

Travel management

Rhythm of the business

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience in an environment.

Experience scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting a global team with remote employees while dealing with ambiguity in a timely manner.

3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g. for events, morale, travel, training)

Business Support ATR-C – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $22.79 – $39.66 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $33.03 – $45.91 per hour.
