This is an excellent opportunity to join an international professional services firm and gain valuable experience. As a Senior Corporate Administrator in the Cayman Islands Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient administration of client entities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Cayman Islands Business Companies.

Maintain accurate corporate records and databases (corporate registers, agreements, incumbency certificates).

Prepare and maintain corporate documentation as required.

Guide and support junior staff with queries.

Client Communication

Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.

Work with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications & Skills

4+ years of experience in company administration or a related field.

Relevant university degree.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
