Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file formation documents with the Registrar.
Communicate with the Registrar and CIMA on routine administrative matters.
Ensure that statutory records and corporate documents are in line with internal policies and procedures.
Assist attorneys in drafting corporate documents, invoices, and correspondence.
Engage with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone.
Any ad-hoc projects
Required Qualifications & Skills:
3 to 5 years’ experience as a Corporate Administrator
Excellent client relationship management, organizational, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
