Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a remote role. This position involves managing patient intakes, submitting claims, resolving issues with patients and clients, and ensuring exceptional communication across teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills, the ability to think on their feet, and a curious mindset to learn and improve processes. Working remotely requires self-motivation, discipline, and strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively. Required Skills and Competencies:
