Requirements

  • Able to speak in Mandarin
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data, organize files, and ensure proper documentation procedures.
  • Function admin work procedure – orders, invoices, and customer follow up
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and report analytics.
  • Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department for the delivery status
  • Manage phone calls, email, organizing files and administrative tasks
  • Submit timely reports and prepare report as assigned
  • Lead the admin department in assisting the team with issuing & collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
