Requirements
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input data, organize files, and ensure proper documentation procedures.
- Function admin work procedure – orders, invoices, and customer follow up
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and report analytics.
- Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks.
- Liaise with the Logistics department for the delivery status
- Manage phone calls, email, organizing files and administrative tasks
- Submit timely reports and prepare report as assigned
- Lead the admin department in assisting the team with issuing & collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
