Montessori Thrive is hiring a Professional Administrator to support a small group of Montessori schools with day-to-day operations, communication, enrollment support, and organization.
This is a remote, full-time, long-term role for someone who is highly organized, calm under pressure, strong in written English, and genuinely aligned with Montessori values.
You’ll help school leaders stay organized, keep communication flowing, support enrollment and parent-facing systems, and make sure important details do not fall through the cracks.

What you’ll be doing
School operations and admin support
- Manage calendars, follow-ups, forms, and internal workflows
- Keep school information, documents, and systems organized
- Support the day-to-day administrative needs of 3 Montessori schools
- Coordinate with internal team members, designers, writers, and tech support when needed
- Help schools use their CRM, website tools, and communication systems effectively
Communication and community support
- Prepare and send school newsletters
- Maintain parent directories and school calendars
- Support RSVP forms, local event communications, and parent-facing updates
- Make sure communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with each school’s voice
Enrollment and marketing support
- Help identify each school’s ideal prospective parent
- Track inquiries and improve follow-up processes
- Support messaging updates across websites and communication materials
- Coordinate or help create content for newsletters, social media, and events
- Work alongside the internal marketing team on attraction and retention efforts

Must-haves
- Experience in administration, operations, project coordination, or marketing support
- Strong written and verbal English

- Comfort using tools like Google Workspace, calendars, newsletters, CRMs, and similar systems
- Ability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
- Reliable internet and a proper remote workspace
- Comfort being on camera for meetings
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team processes
- CEFR C1 English level minimum
Nice to have
- Experience working with Montessori schools, independent schools, or education-related organizations
- Familiarity with school communications, parent engagement, or enrollment support
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a service-based environment
- Interest in systems, process improvement, and operational efficiency
