Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established global, organisation based in Central London. This role would suit an individual with extensive experience working within the professional market.

Summary

You will be responsible for assisting various team members up to MD level, providing support across all areas alongside other senior executive assistants

Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting the wider team in EMEA (Analyst, Associate, VP, MD)

Updating and maintaining internal office systems

Booking events

Working with the team/assistant team to onboard new hires

Full diary and calendar management

Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones

Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information promptly and accurately

Coordinating room bookings for meetings across multiple locations

Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flights, accommodation, and car bookings

Managing and preparing expense reports

Supporting the team in day-to-day issues, needs, and queries, ad hoc tasks

Skills and experience

Minimum 4 years in financial services essential

Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and by email

High attention to detail and strong technical skills

Good judgment, independent thinker and resourceful

Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

High level of discretion and confidentiality, handling sensitive and confidential information

Good knowledge of general business and corporate cultures, team player

Ability to work with different time zones

Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Package and benefits

Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm – 40 hours per week
