Title: Senior Executive Assistant

Company: EquiTie

Location: London Area, United Kingdom

Executive Assistant to Founder and CEO

London | Hybrid | Full-time | £65,000–£85,000 + equity + discretionary bonus

We are hiring a high-calibre Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Founder & CEO of a fast-moving, fully digitised investment platform operating across venture capital, private markets, investor relations, advisory, and founder-led company building.

This is a high-trust role for someone who can create leverage for a CEO: protecting time, managing priorities, keeping communication tight, coordinating investor and founder interactions, and ensuring personal and professional logistics run cleanly.

You will suit this role if you are discreet, commercially aware, structured, fast with technology, and comfortable working close to a founder in a high-context, high-standards environment.

What you will own

  • Manage the Founder & CEO’s calendar, inbox, meeting flow, travel, documents, follow-ups, expenses, and day-to-day priorities across business and selected personal matters.
  • Coordinate meetings with investors, founders, advisors, partners, service providers, and senior external stakeholders, ensuring agendas, prep materials, notes, and next actions are clear.
  • You will act as a trusted gatekeeper and operating partner on scheduling, prioritisation, communication, and information flow, helping the CEO focus on the highest-value work.
  • Support events, investor meetings, board-style sessions, dinners, travel itineraries, and relationship management across a London-based and international network.
  • Improve systems, workflows, and tools across the CEO office, including CRM hygiene, document organisation, AI-enabled admin, task tracking, and recurring operating rhythms.
  • Handle confidential information with maturity, judgment, and absolute discretion.

What we are looking for

  • You have 5+ years’ experience as an EA, PA, senior assistant, business assistant, or founder/CEO support role, ideally in financial services, venture capital, private equity, investment management, professional services, technology, or another fast-moving environment.
  • You are exceptionally organised and can manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders without losing detail.
  • You write clearly, communicate professionally, and know how to represent a founder/CEO with polish.
  • You are comfortable with modern tools and systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack, Zoom, DocuSign, CRM tools, task managers, and AI productivity tools.
  • You are calm under pressure, proactive without being noisy, and able to anticipate what is needed before being asked.
  • You understand discretion. You will be close to confidential business, investor, financial, and personal information.

What would make you stand out

  • Experience supporting a founder, CEO, investor, partner, managing director, or principal.
  • Exposure to venture capital, private equity, investment banking, wealth, family office, advisory, fintech, or founder-led businesses.
  • A track record of improving systems rather than just maintaining them.
  • Strong London network awareness: venues, travel, events, private meeting logistics, and high-standard hospitality.
  • Comfort operating across both executive assistant and personal assistant responsibilities.

What you will get

  • Salary of £65,000–£85,000, depending on experience, plus equity, plus discretionary performance bonus.
  • Direct exposure to venture capital, private markets, investors, founders, and company-building.
  • A close working relationship with the Founder & CEO, with real scope to become a trusted operating partner over time.
  • Hybrid working in London, with flexibility around the rhythm of the CEO office.
  • High-quality work, senior stakeholders, and a role where good execution is highly visible.
  • Pension, holiday allowance, and benefits package to be confirmed during process.
