Duties
Assist with bank deposits and client runs
Support the financial operations department
Support the human resources department
Maintain client records
Assist with marketing and social media
Manage office operations, including clerical tasks such as e-filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain organized records and manage office supplies inventory.
Utilize computer systems for efficient data management and communication.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity and workflow.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is highly desirable.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft office software applications.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
