We’re seeking a sharp, business-minded, and highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings both exceptional administrative skills and a strategic mindset.

Experience supporting senior leadership—such as a Founder, Director, or CEO—especially in the entertainment, talent management, or media space, is a strong plus.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support & Meeting Participation: Accompany the CEO to critical meetings, document insights, and follow through on key decisions and action items.

Calendar & Scheduling Management: Coordinate and prioritize a complex calendar with a focus on aligning meetings to business priorities.

Communication & Documentation: Draft high-quality emails, internal notes, presentations, and business decks for various stakeholders.

Travel & Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visa requirements.

Project & Task Oversight: Track progress across ongoing projects, highlight roadblocks, and assist with background research or documentation.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage highly sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or top leadership

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong business acumen and genuine interest in the entertainment or talent management industries

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Asana (or similar)

A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
