Base pay range
$150,000 – $175,000 per year
Highly regarded global Alternative Investment firm is seeking a very sharp, loyal, and committed Executive / Personal Assistant with 10+ years’ experience from a fast-paced investment firm to support a highly respected Executive.
Responsibilities include heavy gatekeeping, prioritizing of the Executive’s schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating international travel, both personal and professional.
Must have prior experience supporting a busy executive who values hard work and success, acting as a true partner.
Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience, plus bonus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
