Global asset management located in Miami, FL, is seeking a pro-active, self-confident and loyal Executive Assistant to support a top executive of the firm. Manage intricate calendars and organize global travel itineraries. Prepare meeting materials. Organize team off-sites. Manage projects. Must have prior experience working as an Executive Assistant for a prominent executive within either the investment arena or a Fortune 100 company. No Personal Assistance.
Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of professional EA experience and a very hands-on approach. Proficiency in all MS Office, Salesforce and Concur.
