Highly regarded global Alternative Investment firm is seeking a very sharp, loyal and committed Executive Assistant with 8+ years of project oriented, C-Level administrative support experience out of a very fast-paced investment firm to support a very Senior Executive of the firm.
Heavy gatekeeping and prioritizing of Executives’ schedules. Organize meetings and international travel coordination, both personal and professional. Create presentations and meeting materials and keep fair but very busy Executive on point and at ease with the day to day.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook Teams, PowerPoint and Excel. CRM, Salesforce, Concur.
Base salary up to 175K plus bonus.
Bachelors’ degree required.
