The Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Executive Assistant to support the Administrative Solutions team. This role offers exposure to various business opportunities and involves managing complex scheduling, travel logistics, projects, and sensitive information. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and skilled in interpersonal communication, contributing to the team’s and company’s success.

This is a hybrid role
. The candidate must live near New York, NY, and be able to work in the office at least three to four days a week, with schedule variations based on activities.

Responsibilities

Partner with Leadership Team Executive Assistants to ensure success.

Provide administrative support, including:

Meeting and event coordination, material preparation, and distribution.

Travel arrangements for multiple individuals.

Document management, editing, and research.

Supporting records management and retention.

Interact with all organizational levels.

Handle special projects as needed.

Greet guests and manage visitors.

Qualifications

Proficient in administrative procedures and software (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.).

Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.

Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Diplomatic and tactful in complex situations.

Associate’s degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting management.

Experience in investments is a plus but not required.
