Summary of action:

Our sales assistants are essential to supporting the hunters who keep our installers fed with steady work. With a strong flow of leads and ITBs from our reputation, the sales assistant helps maximize close rates and keeps opportunities moving forward efficiently.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Sales, sales team, and our internal pre-con and ops teams.

Essential Functions

Assist in the pursuit of sales and organization of the sales department.
Organize information for process improvement and documentation.
Aid in document management for processing and turn-ins.
Liase between Sales, Ops, and PreCon as needed to improve efficiency.
Assist in project coordination of various projects and initiatives for sales and marketing.
Research trends, segments, potential new markets, and relationships that have revenue potential.
Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Sales, managing and contributing to special projects as needed.
Help prepare reports and key documents for meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of construction experience, ideally must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general construction drawings, and associated business documents
Contract experience highly valuable.
Proficient with Word, Excel, and ability to learn new CRM.
Excellent investigative and analytical abilities.
Highly detail oriented, with project management and planning ability.
Team and mission minded.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-Starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with rapidly growing companies a plus.
