Highly regarded global hedge fund is seeking a very sharp, loyal and committed Executive Assistant with 5+ years of Executive/Personal Assistant experience out of a fast-paced investment firm or Fortune 50 company, to support a highly respected Executive of the firm.
Heavy gatekeeping and prioritizing of Executives’ schedules. Organize meetings and travel coordination, both personal and professional.
Must have prior experience supporting an extremely fair but very busy executive who needs a true partner who values hard work and success.
Base salary 150-200K base plus bonus.
Bachelors’ degree required.
