We have an exciting opportunity with a highly successful investment firm in Brentwood, Los Angeles, seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to one of the founding partners and a small, dynamic team.

Requirements:
7+ years of similar administrative experience in private equity and/or investment banking industries.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effortlessly and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong team-oriented mindset, while excelling independently.
Composure under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting guests with professionalism.
Manage phone calls, correspondence, and emails, ensuring seamless communication.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, expense reporting, and travel coordination.
Act as a liaison for high-profile business contacts and advisors.
Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate record-keeping.
Oversee office operations, including supply management and occasional event coordination.
Location: Brentwood, Los Angeles (on-site)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility required (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Salary: $125,000 – $130,000 + excellent benefits, PTO, and 401k.
