We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO.
This is a highly visible role supporting an active executive involved in real estate development, construction, investments, and strategic business operations. We are looking for a seasoned professional who enjoys executive support as a long-term career and takes pride in helping senior leaders operate at their highest level.
What You'll Do
- Manage a complex and ever-changing executive calendar
- Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and executive communications
- Support activities related to real estate development, construction, investments, and business operations
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Track priorities, deadlines, and action items across multiple projects
- Coordinate with investors, lenders, attorneys, consultants, brokers, and business partners
- Manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years supporting a CEO, President, Founder, or other senior executive
- Significant experience within real estate development, construction, commercial real estate, property management, or related industries
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong business judgment and executive presence
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and executive support technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Compensation
Base salary ranging from $125,000 to $165,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
This position generally follows standard business hours; however, occasional evening and weekend availability may be required to support time-sensitive executive and business matters.
