About the role

As the Senior Executive, Company Secretarial you will supports the in-house secretarial department with compliance, prepares key documents like resolutions, minutes, and Annual Reports, manages statutory records, coordinates meetings, and handles additional tasks as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

To provide assistance to in-house secretarial department in all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions to ensure compliance with the relevant statutory requirements, regulations and guidelines.

Liaising and coordinating with external parties on secretarial related matters.

Preparation of Directors’ Circular Resolution, Minutes of Meetings, Annual Report as well as preparation & submission of statutory forms to regulatory authorities.

To Update and maintain statutory records of companies.

To assist in organizing and facilitating of Board and Committee Meetings, General Meetings and compiling of meeting papers.

Perform any other assignments as required by the superior.

Job Requirements:

Possess ICSA qualifications or equivalent.

At least 3 to 5 years of working experiences in corporate secretarial field with exposure in public listed company is an added advantage.

Well-versed in the provisions of Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements, Code on Corporate Governance and other relevant statutory or regulatory requirements.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision, good command of both written and spoken English.

Candidate must able to work at Ampang Putra, KL.
