—Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling basic personnel procedures such as employee entry and exit, conversion, job transfer, and signing of employment contracts, to ensure the process is standardized and the information is complete.

2. Assist in completing daily personnel affairs of SSC, such as maintaining employee information, attendance statistics, and applying for social security and provident fund.

3. Responsible for the company's daily administrative work, including work supplies procurement and management, work environment maintenance, courier receipt and dispatch, conference room management, etc.

4. Assist in organizing employee activities, onboarding training, team building, and other related matters.

5. Responsible for organizing, filing, and storing various personnel, administrative documents, and archives.

6. Cooperate with the completion of other personnel and administrative support tasks arranged by the department.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in human resources and administrative work.

2. Familiar with basic personnel processes such as employee entry and exit handling, attendance, etc.

3. The work is serious and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and service awareness.

4. Proficient in using Office work software, strong learning ability, and organized work style.

5. Proactive, team-oriented, and able to complete routine tasks efficiently.

6. Language proficiency :

English can be used as a fluent working language, able to independently handle English emails, business meetings, contract writing and cross-level reporting;

fluent Chinese is preferred, which can better adapt to the communication needs of Malaysia's diverse ethnic groups and avoid cultural communication conflicts.

7. Compliance Qualification : Familiar with relevant labor laws and regulations in Malaysia, proficient in legal payment processes such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc., understand local minimum wage standards, overtime accounting, vacation system and dismissal compliance process, and can effectively avoid the risk of employment violations by enterprises.

Familiar with the recruitment of foreign employees in Malaysia, Employment Pass application, visa processing and filing processes are preferred.
