Senior Legal Counsel Job in Düsseldorf at MAM Gruppe –
Tasks:
You will be responsible for counselling business operations in Germany and across Europe by providing proactive, professional, competent, cost-effective, and creative legal support.
To work with multiple functional teams in a fast scaling organisation, you’ll need to bring negotiation and writing abilities, as well as business savvy.
You will work with the company’s regional and local business executives (Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Finland, Serbia, etc.) as well as supporting departments (Finance, Admin& HR) to advise on legal risks, business strategy, compliance, and regulatory concerns.
In addition to your day job, you will be expected to work individually as well as as part of other teams and to take on initiatives.
This position necessitates sound judgement, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge of competition law, data protection legislation, consumer rights law, business law, and labour law is required.

Requirements:
Fully qualified lawyer with a minimum of three years PQE obtained in law firms or as a legal counsel in a respectable corporation.
A focus on results and customer satisfaction, as well as a commitment to ongoing improvement.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Good business judgement and the capacity to assess genuine practical risk. Travel is required on occasion to discuss with internal or external customers.
Proficient business English, native German speaker
