Job Context & Major Challenges
Job Context: The purpose of this job is to extent support to Sales and channel partners. This includes log in complete customer applications to contribute to speedy issuances, render defined services to the customers at the branch level, be a SPOC for Channel Partners in furnishing renewal & lapse information to help augment renewal income of the branch, handle all admin and front desk related activities of the branch including visitor handling, and provide sales support to Sales team and Channel Partners to coordinate for requirements with branch sales force.
Job Challenges:
- Influencing Sales to adhere to the rules & log in complete applications without exceptions even during month ends or days of Mass logins.
- No response from Sales in terms of requirements once an application is logged in the system and is pending for issuance.
- Handling the expectations of customers and distributors
Key Result Areas
KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 Check & Receipt complete apps to ensure maximum issuance on time. 1. Ensure no incomplete apps with requirements are logged in the system.
- Ensure no exceptions are taken even during month ends or
KRA2 Enabling maximum Issuance of
cases within TATs to achieve company targets. 1. Follow ups with sales support for pending requirements.
- Ensure & assess smooth flow of post issuance services.(Polad
KRA3 Provide training to sales support in terms of updations to enable logins of complete applications 1. Ensure proper training & timely updations if any are provided to the sales team in terms of the process change.
KRA4 Handling walk in customers and resolve their queries in order to create customer satisfaction 1. Resolve queries of walk in customer
- Co-ordinate with departments if required for solutions
