About the Role:
The Senior Officer of Business Support is responsible for managing and enhancing the administrative functions of the Division. This role ensures efficient operations by providing comprehensive support to various departments, coordinating projects, and overseeing office logistics.
Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings and communications, preparing agendas and meeting minutes, and facilitating the smooth flow of information between stakeholders.
Additionally, the Senior Officer of Business Support oversees departmental budgeting, conducts spending analyses, and prepares reports for management. By implementing strategies to streamline operations and maintain compliance with policies, this position contributes to the overall effectiveness of the organization. The Senior Officer also supports team initiatives, prepares documentation, and acts as a key point of contact for inquiries, ensuring that departmental objectives align with corporate goals.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within an organization of comparable size.
