Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager based in Sammamish, WA. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate key company projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and resources, expediting project timelines, conducting inspections, and ensuring seamless logistics management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve successful project outcomes while maintaining high standards of execution and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team coordination
- Experience as an Expeditor with expertise in Expediting tasks to ensure timely delivery and project timelines
- Proficient in Inspection processes to maintain high-quality outcomes
- Strong background in Logistics Management to streamline operations and ensure efficiency
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- Experience in natural health or wellness industries is a plus
