Polyram, a global manufacturer of advanced thermoplastic compounds, is establishing a new business unit in Mexico and is looking for a highly experienced, hands-on sales professional with proven experience in the plastics industry, with a strong focus on engineering and thermoplastic solutionsRole DescriptionThis role is designed for a strong sales leader who knows the market, understands the products, and can drive business independently from day one.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute direct sales activities for Polyram EP and POLYTRON products in MexicoDevelop new business and expand existing customer accountsBuild strong, long-term relationships with OEMsAct as the main commercial representative of Polyram in the Mexican marketWork closely with global sales, technical, and R&D teamsSupport the setup and growth of the new business unitRequirements:Proven experience in the plastics industry, with a strong focus on engineering and thermoplastic solutionsStrong familiarity with the Mexican market in relevant applications (automotive, electrical, industrial, etc.)Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and growing technical salesHands-on, target-driven, and highly independentExcellent negotiation and communication skillsFluent in Spanish and EnglishWillingness to travel within MexicoWhat We Offer:A key sales position in a newly established and growing business unitHigh level of autonomy and direct impact on business successLong-term growth opportunities in an international companyInterested candidates are invited to apply via LinkedIn or by email at: ******#J-*****-Ljbffr
