Purpose of the Job
Need a employee who can handle different cycles or levels of service order processing like Quotations, Order processing , Invoicing and AR Followup… Person to be good in SAP /CRM/ other ERP and Excel. He / she must have good communication and writing skills.
Requirements
Education : BCOM, BSC or any equivalent graduation
Work Experience : Min 4 ~ 5 years in Order Processing.
Other Skills : Must be good in SAP, CRM and EXCEL.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):
Order booking of different types of orders for AMC / Spare / Accessories / different types of Services.
Sending quotations for all after sales activities
Allocating + handling assignments to all field engineers
Keeping track + raising invoices based on schedule.
Should have good knowledge of Compaliance tracking.
AR Follow up with internal / external customers.
Maintains the CRM / SAP database
Key Requirement/Minimum Eligibility :
Proven demonstration of engagement and high performance day-to-day
4 ~ 5 years of experience in order entry or billing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong customer service skills
At least 2 years of direct customer service experience
Understanding of Finance + TAX systems and processes
Accurate and timely data entry skills
Experience in working customers to resolve order issues
Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook along with ERPs like SAP and CRM
Experience working with Western companies (preferred).
