Title: Service Admin

Location: Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia
Key Roles:
- Ensure smooth daily operation especially incoming complaints and response on time.
- Process warranty claims parts to dealers and monthly service report to Branch Manager.
- Handle incoming calls and customers’ enquiries cum service repair and maintenance quotation.
- Housekeeping of Service/Workshop Section/Department.
- Provide clerical and administrative support functions to sales teams.
- Handle customer order processing and follow up delivery status of order.
- Prepare quotation, delivery order and Tax invoice.
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in related discipline, preferably Business Management
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc.
