Role Overview

Hornet Homes is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our operations team with the administrative and organizational work that keeps our homebuilding projects moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Assist with permitting tasks and document submissions
Help create and manage home selection sheets
Maintain internal systems with up-to-date job and vendor information
Coordinate communication with trade partners, vendors, and municipalities
Organize project files and paperwork for new builds
Support invoice processing and documentation
Take ownership of recurring admin tasks and help identify process improvements

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, project software)

Pay: $52,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
