Doyle Electric, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and customer support. This is a remote position. The Virtual Assistant will work remotely and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing files, and data entry.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services, pricing, and scheduling.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Listen to customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
Assist with marketing tasks, including social media management and content creation.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to listen effectively, empathize with customers, and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to find solutions.
Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
