Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage service schedules and appointments.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or service-oriented role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Additional Details
Salary Range: $28 – $31 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer data, service records, and job details within the CRM system
Ensure all information is complete, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards
Coordinate service requests, schedule appointments, and track service progress
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Generate reports and assist with service-related documentation as needed
Provide administrative support to the service team and management
Required Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data entry tools
High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications
