The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and matching data records across our platforms to support our Sales and Service teams. You will update existing records and add new entries to the database as required. Data accuracy will be vitally important, as well strong communication skills when making updates and flagging errors to stakeholders throughout the company.
You will also be required when needed to monitor our reviews pipeline, replying to customers who have left public reviews and coordinating internally the responses and resolutions for our merchants.
This role is 5 days per week in our Holborn office. Shifts are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday (paid overtime) required (1 Saturday in 7).
