LaSalle Network has partnered with a global manufacturer to hire a Service Administrator on a permanent basis.
Job Description
- Support Service Coordinators and Manager by communicating with customers regarding service engineer schedules or changes.
- Communicate directly with the customer on Service calls.
- Help manage Service work orders.
- Weekly processing of installations.
- Process warranty parts orders to support field service requirements.
- Manage shipping arrangements for service tooling and return of defective parts from customers This person will also be responsible for ordering parts domestically and internationally
- Assist in machine logistics; invoicing and vendor orders when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
- Experience with order entry and customers service
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills.
- Experience with SAP, Baan, or similar ERP systems.
Logistics
- Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 pending experience & eligibility to earn discretionary bonus
- Benefits offered: Medical, vision, dental, and 401k
- Location: Hoffman Estates for 2026 with ability to relocate to Goose Island in January 2027
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
