Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll & Admin Assistant. This person will play a key role in helping our team stay organized, on schedule, and accurate, especially with weekly payroll processing and general administrative support. If you’re someone who is organized, proactive, enjoys structured tasks but can pivot when needed, this might be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

Support weekly payroll processing and employee time tracking
Maintain and update internal labor records and reports
Coordinate with project managers on hours, PTO, and any changes
Enter payroll into ADP and help with QuickBooks entries
Assist with reimbursements and employee communication
Assist with general office tasks and communication when available
Be available to support basic administrative needs when the team requires coverage
Support management with scheduling, follow-ups, or basic errands

Requirements

Experience in payroll, HR, or general office support preferred
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets; ADP and QuickBooks a plus
Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Clear communicator with a can-do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
