Service Coordinator Jobs in Bridgeton, Missouri, USA at Hogan Transportation
Provides administrative support with invoicing, work orders, POs, planning, equipment maintenance. Is main contact for customer support.
Creates and maintains work orders ensuring all pertinent information is listed so the full scope of repairs is fully understood.
Manages PO Log to maintain outstanding debits.
Updates the shop planner, as needed.
Contact customers for PM services and schedules units for service.
Works with Licensing and Permitting for units in need.
Reviews and files all shop paperwork.
Maintains active files for all equipment.
Other duties as required.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
1+ years administrative support
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to project positive and friendly behaviors
Proficient in Word, Excel and the internet
