We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst – Level 1 to join a global IT support team and provide first-line technical support in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Japanese
Good command of English
2+ years of IT Service Desk / Help Desk experience
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, O365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, iPhones/iPads, and MAC devices
Familiarity with ServiceNow (ITSM) is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Office 365 issues
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow
• Support Active Directory user administration and access management
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams
• Maintain excellent customer service and SLA compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive service improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Microsoft or Apple certifications are a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
