Responsibilities:
Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly.
Answer and direct incoming service calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location, and answer other general inquiries.
Assist with managing daily Service Log.
Schedule appointments and assist with pick-ups.
Monitor parts orders to keep Service Advisors informed of status.
File service work orders and service receipts.
Other duties assigned by Service management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior office experience is a preferred.
Must have
excellent organizational skills.
Able to
work in a team setting in a
fast-paced
office environment .
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong
communication skills
, verbal and written.
Ability to
multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Reliable and
strong work ethic
. Professional appearance is a must.
