Pregame is a consulting and coaching firm that shows innovators how to make their vision a reality. Throughstrategic planning, executive coaching, and team training, we guide our clients through creating a customized game plan for achieving their goals. To do this work, we need a proactive, detail-oriented Services Coordinator who supports our Services Director in managing our projects and clients. You’re able to track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and keep the team organized. You thrive in a small business environment with a tight team and lots of moving parts. You’re excited about learning and growing and are self-motivated. You can turn up your professional presence and represent our brand with our clients and community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboard clients and internal team by setting up projects for a perfect start

Support the Team Director in managing all components of our projects, including scheduling, deadlines, tasks, and client reporting

Provide administrative and tech support to our Coaches and Consultants

Keep everything organized and current daily in ourproject managementsoftware, Click Up

Develop and copy edit project collateral, including decks and project reports

Design and format slide decks and documents according to company and client brand standards

Assist with marketing, including social media, materials distribution, and website

Assist with gathering and managing audience data across the sales cycle

Continually improve processes and help the team adopt better practices

Own and take pride in clients’ experience working with us

YOUR SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communicator, with consistently superb grammar and spelling

Excellent with people and able to quickly build rapport with clients and partners of all backgrounds

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage priorities, track processes, and meet deadlines

Fluent in G Suite:
Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides

Experienced in Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Power Point

Experienced in Word Press and Squarespace

Basic photo and/or video editing ability

YOUR DEMONSTRATED QUALITIES

You consistently stay on top of tasks and meet deadlines without anything falling through the cracks

You have a keen eye for design and brand, and can easily spot and resolve any error

You are a friendly and professional presence with clients, virtually and in person

You are a team player who is comfortable working independently

You take pride in producing polished, error-free deliverables

This role is hybrid, based in Portland, OR. May include infrequent evening and weekend events.
