Anexcitingopportunity to join the East of England Severe Asthma service helping to Coordinate the administration tasks for the service. You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload, whilst helping to support a busy service.

Main duties of the job

To provide a coordinating role for the East of England severe asthma network. The role will include:

Support in the development of optimal pathways of care throughout the regional network to maximize patient outcomes and experience.

Coordination of all referrals to the severe asthma service from within the regional network

To coordinate the multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective assessment and management of severe asthma patients

To arrange regional network meetings

To collect data on all severe asthma patients in the region who receive high cost biologic therapy

To upload data to the BTS Severe Asthma Registry for all new patients to the service

To report outcomes to NHS England via the dashboard.
