Job Description
- Monitor working area remains safe, clean, and organized in accordance with company standards
- Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and target achievement
- Oversee end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes
- Control operational activities based on established KPI and SLA targets
- Manage manpower allocation and operational team schedules effectively
- Develop team performance, discipline, and operational competencies
- Coordinate with related departments to support smooth operational processes
- Ensure accuracy in warehouse processes and administrative activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and operational performance
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Good leadership skills with the ability to lead large teams independently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willing to work in shifts if required
