Job Description
- Preparation of reports and analysis of transport companies' price lists
- Control and recording of all shipping costs in the system, analysis of shipments and data
- Participate in the management of all shipments, for a proper customer service and proper pricing
- Participation in the issuance of all shipping documents (shipping notes, invoices, credit) and customs documents
- Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers during the whole procedure of the shipment
- Uploading of Transportation expenses inside ERP system
Skills And Experience
- Educational background in Maritime or Financial studies or Logistics
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Excellent command of the English language,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
- Good organizational and communication skills
