Position Summary:
We are seeking a Shipping Clerical Admin to work in a support capacity for the distribution center, prioritizing safety and cleanliness.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage multiple customer accounts.
Respond to a large volume of emails in a timely manner.
Perform accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule trucks for pick up.
Generate bills of lading and manifest documentation.
Work closely with Shipping operatives.
Navigate and familiarize with customer routing web portals.
Work with third party vendors to obtain quotes
Complete any other tasks that may be assigned
Education/License Requirements:
Highschool Completion / GED or equivalent
General Experience Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience preferred
