Duties
will include:
Job Description:
Issuing quotations for Roro and breakbulk.
Following up quotations made
Take and process bookings via telephone, email and online, including cross trades
Confirm booking details back to the customer, informing, if necessary, of specific requirements or restrictions
Dealing with enquiries relating to quotes/bookings/scheduling & queries
Some credit control
General client liaison
Chasing undelivered cargo.
Liaising with the port and port offices
General departmental clerical work, filling, etc.
Any other tasks that management may deem necessary to fulfil the Job role.
General expectation
Candidates will be required to demonstrate..
– Good verbal, written,
communication
and organisational skills.
– Good customer service background in an office environment essential
– Computer literate, knowledge of MS office
– Be presentable, adaptable, outgoing, with a vibrant, friendly personality,
– Be able to remain
calm under pressure

– Be able to work towards and achieve targets as part of a team or individually.
– Maintain good client and staff liaison
