This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills by assisting with answering phones, managing inventory through digital platforms, and supporting special projects that keep our advisory company running smoothly.
The successful Candidate
You are an exceptional communicator verbally, great with people on the phone and a creative individual with an eye for color and design. You possess excellent creative research skills and can source fine art visuals based on design direction. You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe’s Photoshop and are relatively computer savvy in general. You value working in a small to medium sized organization and like seeing how your personal contributions impact the entire company.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling all administrative tasks for showroom and showroom team
- Assist with answering phones and directing messages to the appropriate team members
- Assist with creative project packages, visual packets and other marketing materials for business outreach
- Assist with receiving new inventory and maintaining and updating digital database
- Assist with shipping as needed
Schedule
Our business hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
