Ganaji Contracting is seeking a Perth-Based Site Administrator to support day-to-day site administration functions for our FIFO projects throughout WA.
This is a diverse role that combines administration, project support, and data-entry assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
📌 Site Administration
- Rostering: Managing employee rosters for project personnel
- Timesheets: End-to-end Weekly Timesheet processing and administration
- Site Admin Portal management
- Daily attendance hours reconciliation
- Assisting with employee onboarding and personnel record management
- Assisting project teams with general site administration requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and project documentation
📌 Office Support
- Reception duties
- Data entry to support accounts team
- Training record maintenance
- PPE Ordering
- Setting up new employees within company systems
- Booking and coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Stationary Ordering
- Go-to person for general office admin tasks
🎓 About You:
To be successful in this role, we'd like to see:
- Previous experience in site administration
- Previous experience with the following systems (desirable): Xero, Time Target, Humanforce, Access Micropay.
- High degree of initiative
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
