As our Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Admin, you’ll be the first impression for every patient who walks through our doors—and the friendly voice they’ll come to trust on the phone. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our clinic running smoothly, while supporting patients on their journey to better health.

What You’ll Be Doing

Warmly greeting patients and creating a welcoming, professional environment
Managing check-in/check-out processes and scheduling appointments
Coordinating with physical therapists to ensure smooth daily flow
Handling billing, insurance verifications, and patient records
Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment confirmations
Supporting lead tracking and helping convert new patient inquiries into booked evaluations

Have 1+ years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
