We are seeking an experienced and organized Site Administrator to provide administrative support to our mining support service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing support to site personnel.

Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support:

   – Provide administrative support to site personnel, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing general administrative tasks.

   – Manage and maintain accurate records, including personnel files, training records, and other relevant documentation.

2. Site Management:

   – Assist with site management activities, including coordinating meetings, managing site schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

   – Provide support to site personnel, including providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues.

3. Communication:

   – Communicate effectively with site personnel, management, and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

   – Ensure that all communication is timely, accurate, and professional.

4. Compliance:

   – Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, environment, and quality.

   – Assist with audits and inspections, including preparing documentation and providing information to auditors.

Qualifications

1. Education:

   – Certificate or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, office administration).

   – Bachelor’s degree or certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)) are desirable.

2. Experience:

   – Minimum 2-5 years of experience in site administration, with a focus on the mining industry.

   – Proven track record of providing administrative support in the mining industry.

3. Skills:

   – Excellent organizational and time management skills.

   – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

   – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

   – Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.

4. Certifications:

   – Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or other relevant certifications are desirable.
