Overview

We have an exiting opportunity for a talented on-site Administrator for a high-visibility pharmaceutical construction project in the greater Frankfurt region.

Responsibilities

Your role

  • Providing administrative support to the on-site project team
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Managing and issuing construction site IDs and access cards
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and internal consultations
  • Maintaining structured documentation in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including project management, site staff, contractors and sub-contractors
  • Providing day-to-day coordination support to ensure smooth administrative processes in a fast-paced project environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Working with project-specific front sheets and pharmaceutical documentation standards
  • Procuring/organizing office stationary, supplies and safety equipment and whatever is needed to run an office environment

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Construction site experience is a +
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, structured approach to work, and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in handling administrative processes and documentation workflows
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work
  • Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio)
  • Fluency (C1+) in German and English
