We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Site Administrator to support our Project Delivery Team. Reporting to the Project Manager or Head of Projects, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day administration of site activities, supporting operational efficiency and compliance across projects.

- External Clients, Engineers, and Contractors
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue daily and weekly site progress reports and update site tracking systems
- Verify and process payment claims
- Data entry of timesheets and project costings, including purchase orders and material requisitions
- Provide general office and site administrative support
- Manage HSE supplies, signage, procedures, and site safety documentation
- Ensure all equipment is fit for purpose and that suppliers and responsible personnel comply with site and client requirements
- Collect, track, and maintain records of tickets, competencies, and certificates for all site personnel
- Maintain IT filing systems and assist with document preparation
- Liaise with internal departments to arrange site access and support subcontractors and supervisors with technical queries
Skills and Attributes
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and data handling
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Good general IT skills
- Full, valid driving licence and own transport
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Experience
- Proven experience in general administration
- Previous experience within the construction industry is highly desirable
Qualifications
- CSCS Card (to be arranged if not already held)
- Construction or technical qualifications are advantageous
- Any statutory site requirements will be arranged by the Head of Projects/ Project Manager
